Terms and Conditions of Membership
By joining Kempsey Macleay Valley U3A and enrolling in classes you agree to:
- Pay the annual fee for membership and any fees for classes, courses and activities that you participate in
- Abide by the Kempsey Macleay Valley U3A Inc Constitution, Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures and governing NSW and Australian By-Laws, Regulations and Legislation. Information on these is available:
- On our website on the KMVU3A Governance page
- At the KMVU3A office 46a Tozer St West Kempsey
- By emailing or phoning us - details on the Contact page of our website
- Take full responsibility for your own health and safety as per the Health and Safety Policy
- Only participate in photos taken at KMVU3A classes or events if you agree that these can be used in publicity for KMVU3A on our website, Facebook, newsletter, local publications and in other promotional displays
