How to Enrol in classes

About Enrolling
Enrolment in a class can be completed ONLINE or OFFLINE (not online)

- Go to the Noticeboard page for the current Enrolment day dates and the required forms for offline enrolment
Most classes have a fee for a 1/2 year (semester) or for the full year
By joining KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the KMVU3A Inc Terms and Conditions of membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.
- Class fees are not refundable if you don't attend all classes
- Members can enrol in as many classes of their choice during the year
- You must join or renew membership when enroling in your first class for the year
- All fees must be paid before you attend any class: Your place is not guaranteed until fees are paid
When enrolling online - the system will require you to Join or Renew membership if required and add the Membership fee to the total owing
When enrolling offline - if you are not a paid up member please add your membership fee to your total payment
Once enrolled- simply turn up and enjoy. If you have any queries about your class - ring the class tutor.
- Contact details for the tutors are available in the class description, as well as details such as venue and dates of the class.
About online enrolment
Online enrolment is not always open and a few classes do not allow online enrolment
If a class does not have an Enrol Now or Join Waiting List button online enrolment is not available
If a class does not have an Enrol Now or Join Waiting List button online enrolment is not available

- You must have an email address to enrol online on this page
- If members share an email they will be asked during the enrolment process which member is enrolling.
- The process must be completed for each member
- If you don't have an email address you can enrol online using your member number in the Member Portal
- Pay online when enrolling online OR later by direct deposit or by using the links and details in the email sent to you
- NOTE: if any button disappears when you try to click on it - CLICK where it WAS!
Practise enrolling online using the Test Class available at the bottom of the class list. Read the information about this class before enrolling to ensure you understand.
About offline enrolment (not online)
If you don't want to enrol / join / renew online you can enrol:
- At an Enrolment day
- Using the PDF forms
- or by emailing, texting or phoning us
- Go to the Noticeboard page for information on these options
Payment Options
See the bottom of the About Membership page, for detailed information on payment options, including a requirement to include your NAME and CLASS in the REFERENCE area when depositing money into our Coastline Bank Account.
