- NOTE: The first time you go to access the Member Portal you must REGISTER.
On the portal as a member you can:
- Update your details eg address / email address / emergency contacts etc
- See a statement of all payments including the class dates you have paid for
- Enrol in classes and see a list of your existing classes
- Pay any fees owing including membership
- Access the Tutor Portal to manage your classes if you are tutor
About Logging In:
Most members can log on with either the email they have registered with KMVU3A or with their member number.
Members who share an email with another member MUST log on with their member number.
Members who share an email with another member MUST log on with their member number.
- From November 2023 all members were given a NEW member number
- It will be listed on any receipt emailed to you - or email us and we can email it to you
Log into the Member Portal for first time
You must REGISTER on the Member Portal the first time you go to access it (you should only have to do this once):
- Click on the Member Portal link above
- Click on Register
- Enter your email address if you DO NOT share an email with another member
- Or enter your member number if you DO share an email with another member
- Your member number will be on any emailed receipts from us
- Or email us and we will send it to you
- Click NEXT and then SEND to receive a code by email. Leave this page open
- NOTE: We do NOT have SMS notification enabled
- Open your email and the email sent to you. You will see a registration code
- Go back to the website. Enter the code into the Register page > Click Confirm Registration
- Type in a password or passphrase. You must obtain a 50% strength rating to be able to save
- You will not need the registration code again as next time you log in you will use this password
Log into the Member Portal after registering
- Click on the Member Portal link above
- Click either - Login with email address or Login with member number
- Enter your email or member number and password > Press Enter
RESET or CHANGE your pin or password
- Click Reset Pin / Password
- Enter your email or member number if you share an email with another KMVU3A member
- Click on Next > Then Send
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to you. It is similar to the process of registering.
Using the Member Portal after logging in
The Home screen will show you your Membership status including any outstanding fees.
- Click the menu items on the left to access other options.
- Press HOME to return to the Home screen.
- Click Log Out when finished.

Using the Member Portal for Tutors
- Members who are also tutors can access information about their class in the Tutor Portal
- To access the Tutor Portal tutors must first register and log into the Member Portal as above.
