How to Enrol Online (and join or renew if required)

Follow the steps below. Or click here for instructions with pictures.

You will be required to JOIN or renew (if required) after selecting your classes.

If the shopping trolley button does NOT appear - click the ENROL now button for your class AGAIN
If any button disappears when you click on it - CLICK where it was!
You can practise enrolling online using the Test Class at the bottom of the class list - please read the description first.

Go to the Current Classes page (under the Classes & Events tab)
(The link / page will open in a new tab; switch between the tabs to follow these instructions)
Click on the name of your desired class
Click the ENROL NOW button (available if there is a vacancy or online enrolment is allowed)

Or Click the Join Waiting List button (available if the class is full) - to be placed on the waiting list
You will be notified and sent an invoice to pay if a vacancy occurs. You will not be charged the class fee at this time

Select your required payment amount > save
The class will be added to the Shopping Trolley> Click OK to acknowledge this

If the Check out / shopping trolley button does not appear - click AGAIN on the ENROL NOW for your class

Or click X to remove a class or - click Return to class list - to select additional classes

Select Yes or No to indicate if you are a member of KMVU3A > follow the prompts > then click SAVE

NEW members: Click NO, then fill in the Membership form that appears with your contact details, emergency contact information (very important) and tick to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Membership
EXISTING MEMBERS: Click YES, enter the email you have registered with KMVU3A and tick to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Membership. Click YES if you have been a member at ANY time since 2023
The Membership fee will be added to the invoice for new and non-financial existing members

Select to pay online at this time or later by direct deposit/ debit using the information on the page that appears or in the invoice emailed to you. You can print or photograph the details for reference

If paying by direct debit You MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in the deposit window. (eg Tom Smith-TTennis or Tom Smith-Gardening etc.)

We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed

Coastline bank members need to use Pay Someone NOT Transfer and include a REFERENCE
