How to Join - New Members Only

2025 Membership is $40 per person and is due when you enrol in your first class. Membership allows you to enrol in as many classes as you wish during the year. Most classes have an additional fee of $10 per semester / 1/2 year or $20 for the full year. You can join, enrol and pay either online or offline as below.

By joining KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Constitution and Terms and Conditions of Membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.

JOIN online when enrolling in classes

To JOIN online: Enrol in your required classes first, then when asked, fill out the membership form to join. Follow these instructions.
You can pay online, or make a direct deposit if preferred - details will be provided.

It contains info on how to enrol and links for more details but in summary:

SCROLL down and click on the name of a required class
Follow the prompts to ENROL NOW or join a waiting list and go to the checkout

If any buttons disappear when you go to click on them - click where they were

When asked are you a member > Select NO

Fill in the Membership Form that appears, including your emergency contact information (very important).

Accept the Terms and Conditions
The membership fee will be added to the class fees owing

Select to pay online or direct deposit following the information that will appear or in the email sent to you

If paying by direct deposit - YOU MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your deposit window. (eg Tom Smith TTennis or Tom Smith Gardening)

We need to know who and what the deposit is for. Deposits without details cannot be processed.

Join offline (not online)

You can also join and enrol at an Enrolment day or by emailing or delivering the Membership and Enrolment forms.

Payment options

See the bottom of the About Membership page, for detailed information on payment options, including a requirement to include your NAME and CLASS in the REFERENCE area if depositing money into our Credit Union Account.

Join option - ONLY if class does not allow online enrolment

In rare cases you may have to join first and be enrolled in classes later.
EG If a class does not allow online enrolment: ring the tutor to check on vacancies first. They will let you know if you are able to join the class and will arrange your enrolment. However, before you can be enrolled you must be a member so....

Fill in the Membership Form that appears, including and fields in orange and your emergency contact information (very important).

Accept the Terms and Conditions

You can pay for the membership now

Or if you wait until after you are enrolled you will be sent an invoice that will allow you to pay the membership and class fees at the one time

Then contact the tutor to let them know you are now a member. They will arrange your enrolment

After joining you can enrol in additional classes at any time as follows:

Go to Classes & Events > Current Classes and enrol in the desired classes
Remember as now you have already joined, select YES you are already a member and follow the prompts. You will need an email address to enrol at a later date.
