AGM 2026: Tuesday March 10, 4pm at 46a Tozer St, West Kempsey

All are invited. Come along to find out how KMVU3A and your money was managed in 2025!

Committee Nomination Form - to be submitted as indicated on form by Tuesday 24th February

Nominations are open for all committee positions. Please consider nominating for the committee to help manage KMVu3A in 2026.
Positions available are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and committee members

Draft minutes of the 2025 AGM meeting - to be considered for approval at the 2026 AGM
The President's and audited Treasurer's report will be available at the meeting.

Enrol at an ENROLMENT DAY. All the face to face enrolment days have finished for Term 1.

Please enrol using one of the options below.

Enrol Online from Monday January 12 - on the Current Classes page. Pay online or by direct deposit.

Enrol by emailing or delivering these forms:

Both forms are required for new members but existing members only need the membership form if they need to update their details

Attach the filled in forms to an email or simply email us the required classes and amount you wish to pay.

Or deliver the forms to letterbox on front wall of 46a Tozer Street, Kempsey. No cash.

Do you have a skill or knowledge you would like to share? We are always looking for new ideas for classes.

You don’t have to be an expert in your field you just need to have an interest in your topic, be enthusiastic and happy to share your knowledge. So if you have some ideas for a course - please get in touch with us as per the Contacts page ASAP. We would love to hear from you.

AGM 2025 Details

The KMVU3A Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 6 May 2025. The committee positions were filled as follows:

President: James Moulton

Vice-President: Fran Tarbox

Secretary: Susan Absolon

Treasurer: Chris Pateman

Course Co-ordinator: Joanne Hughes-Hallett

Committee members: Neil Absolon, Lyn Graham, Trudy Mainey & Wendy Whitten

Life Membership was awarded to Margaret Jopling for her long time support of KMVU3A as a class member, class leader, committee member and event organiser extroadinaire. Click here to see a photo of the presentation.
